How we are damaging the planet?

“When you live in line with nature, the nature protects you.”

We are living on the most beautiful planet of the universe where we get everything! Air to breath, Water to drink, beautiful nature which is perhaps vulnerable in other planet so far. Recently World Economic Forum Annual meeting 2020 held in Davos where many important things were discussed, and the key agenda was all around how we are damaging our planet?

And here are 5 terrifying ways humanity is damaging the planet:

So what does all this mean for us? Over half the world’s GDP is highly or moderately dependent on nature which is around $44 trillion.

If nature suffers, so does the world’s economy, world peace, progress and equality could be destabilized. Nature loss contributes to drought, which can drive conflict and increase the burden on women, who often manage fuel, and water. While extinctions could put new cures for disease out of reach. But there are massive opportunities for those who restore ecosystems… in areas such as reforestations, plant based meat, and reducing food waste. Organizations must identify any nature-related risks they face and manage their supply chain, assets and reputation accordingly so they stay ahead as the world forges a nature-positive economy.

What can you do to forge a nature-positive economy?
